Sulkhan Saladze: „Request for big reforms comes from citizens”
„In Georgia, a source of state authority is people”, - it is stated in the Constitution of Georgia. Where, when and how can people express that they represent the source of authority? In what way should people notify state officials about which of the steps, made by the officials, they like and disagree with? To what extent should a protest of people go when the officials do not listen to them any longer?
