The "Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association" has released a statement, "commenting on the ratification by the Russian Duma of the Cooperation and Integration Agreement between the de facto Abkhazia and the Russian Federation and the draft Cooperation and Integration Agreement between Russia and the so-called South Ossetia". "Pursuant to the 15-paragraph draft, the armed forces and security bodies of the so-called South Ossetian Republic are included in the staff of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, while if one of the parties is attacked by one or several states, this will be qualified as an aggression against other party as well.

The organization believes that given these circumstances, Georgia has to demonstrate more cautiousness to avoid any type of provocation", the organization's statement states.
