Tbilisi. CSOs have released a petition over the "Panorama Tbilisi" project. Any interested person can join the open petition.

"... We declare openly that all state or local authorities and institutions must take into account extremely high public interest towards the "Panorama Tbilisi" project and secure the publicity of all project-related stages. All interested parties should be given opportunity to persuade relevant decision-makers that implementation of the "Panorama Tbilisi" project in the city's historic part is impermissible and does not serve the interests of the historic city ...", the petition states.
