Tbilisi. As a result of a legal assistance rendered by the Partnership for Human Rights (PHR), a temporary supporter has been assigned to a person included into service delivery of a community house ''hand-to-hand''.

The Tbilisi City Court has recognized N.N. as a recipient of an assistance and, by the decision of the court, spheres of support have been defined to him/her.
