"Article 42 of the Constitution" has held the presentation of the
study on the practice and regulatory legislation of the business field.
The first part of the presentation was devoted to the
overview of analysis of legislative acts regulating the field of business, and
afterwards the authors of the study have discussed problems identified in the
field and developed the recommendations. The study also covers the practice of
examination of the tax and commercial disputes.
