“Identoba” Urges MoI to Participate in OSCE's Special Training Program
Tbilisi. CSO "Identoba" urges the
Ministry of Interior to participate in OSCE's special training program.
"Staff of law-enforcement agencies whose duties include investigation of
hate crimes, require special training to raise their knowledge and skills. It
is equally important to introduce mechanisms for supervising gained knowledge
in practice. OSCE offers to member states a special police training program,
which will train police officers across the country. As a result, the police
will acquire skills, knowledge and motivation to effectively discover,
understand and investigate cases of a hate crime", says the organization's
web page.
