Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association is challenging the dismissal procedure of the ground troops servants in the Constitutional Court. On November 26 GYLA has addressed the Constitutional Court of Georgia in the name of ex-servant of ground troops, Giga Baratashvili. "The Order N583 of the Minister of Defense, which provides for changing the position of a military servant (transfer to the cadres) without explaining legal grounds of such decision to a servant, is challenged”.
