“Best Practices of the European States on Secret Surveillance”

International - Georgia has released the report - "Best practices of the European states on secret
surveillance". The document reviews powers granted to the state agencies
of various European countries to request assistance from communications
companies in tapping their subscribers in real time, as well as accessing
existing data on these subscribers.
