Human Rights Center Appeals to the Tbilisi Mayor
Tbilisi. The Human Rights Center
addresses the Tbilisi Mayor concerning the problems of homeless citizens, so
that the City Hall "enhances efforts and attention in the winter
conditions to assist the homeless citizens, and takes urgent measures for their
accommodation by providing relevant residential space as well as mobilizing
financial resources", the appeal states.
