Appeal of the Human Rights Center
Tbilisi. The Human Rights Center appeals to
the Ministry of Corrections and Probation and the Chief Prosecutor's Office of
Georgia. In particular, the Center "demands investigation into facts of
alleged torture and inhuman treatment of inmates in the Penitentiary Institution
№6",
the organization's appeal says.
