Tbilisi. "Transparency International - Georgia" has released a blog post - "Trends in the Procurements of the New Tbilisi Hall Administration". The organization "inquired into procurements carried out by the City Hall's new administration and has studied practices pursued from August 2014 through December 12. As of December 15, over this period the City Hall has announced total of 226 tenders. Out of these, in 53 cases tender has failed, 14 tenders have ended negatively, and 12 tenders have terminated", the blog post states. For the full text (geo)...
