Liberal: Giorgi Kldiashvili Will Seek Compensation of Moral Damages
Tbilisi. The Director of the Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), Giorgi Kldiashvili will file a lawsuit in court seeking compensation of moral damages, according to his statement made at today's press conference.
Kldiashvili regards actions carried out against him as pressure and believes this intended to affect the Institute's activities as well.
Kldiashvili urges the Ministry of Interior and the Prosecutor's Office to investigate his detention, possible pressure and drawing up of case materials.
