Samtskhe-Javakheti. The Georgian Democratic Initiative has delivered a training on January 24 in Akhaltsikhe, in the youth club of the Union of Democrat Meskhetians on "Standards of freedom of expression - local and international practice". Training aimed to raise awareness among youth on standards of freedom of expression, human rights and freedoms.

Meeting participants have discussed international and local standards of freedom of expression, current situation in Georgia and the recent developments around "Charlie Hebdo" in France.
