Tbilisi. The "Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association" has commented on the approval by the Government of the "State Youth Policy Development Action Plan". Among key problems, the organization focuses on the current education system and adaptation of persons with disabilities and special needs in the society, as well as creation of relevant infrastructural conditions for them.
