TI: New Law “on the State Secret” – a Risk of Unjustified Restriction of Information

According to Transparency International –
Georgia, in recent days the Parliament of Georgia should examine at a second
hearing of the plenary session the draft Law "on the State Secret",
which, if adopted, will replace the current law.Transparency International –
Georgia released opinions on the draft Law "on the State Secret",
titled – "New Law on the State Secret – a Risk of Unjustified Restriction
of Information".
