Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information has released a statement. "In the recent period the Russian authorities have been systematically restricting the activities of IDFI's partner CSO - the "Foundation for the Development of Freedom of Information" (Saint-Petersburg). The foundation was established in 2004 and it was IDFI's one of the first partner organizations. ... IDFI expresses support to its colleagues and partners...", the statement says.
