Tbilisi. CSO "Green Alternative" has released a statement on February 19 over construction of the Khudoni Hydroelectric Plant. In the statement the organization "demands that the agreement executed on 28 April 2011 between the Government of Georgia, Trans Electrica Limited, Trans Electrica Limited (Georgia), "Energotrans" LLC and "Electrical Energy System Commercial Operator" LLC on the construction of the 702 megawatt Khudoni Hydroelectric Plant in Zemo Svaneti is annulled".
