Meeting of CSOs Working on the Rights and Providing Services to Persons with Disabilities
Tbilisi. At the initiative of CSO "Partnership for Human Rights" (PHR), the office of CSO "Child, Family, Society" has hosted on March 23 a meeting of organizations working on the rights and providing services to persons with disabilities.
The meeting aimed to exchange information on the current activities of organizations and plan strategic cooperation. Meeting participants have shared information on various issues, including: existing problems in the mental health sector, realization of the right to education by persons with the Down Syndrome, and the family type services for persons with disabilities.
CSO representatives as well as civil servants have attended the meeting. Meeting participants have planned future strategic cooperation events.
