IDFI: "Signs of Nepotism in the National Communications Commission"
Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information has released a publication based on information obtained from the National Communications Commission: "Signs of Nepotism in the National Communications Commission". According to the Institute, information provided by the Commission on March 16 states that from 2012 until now they have hired 51 new employees in the Commission's administration. "Relatives of several MPs are among those employed", the organization's web page says. In the publication the Institute has demonstrated monitoring results that aimed to determine "how objectively are individuals hired by the National Communications Commission and whether employment by favoritism and nepotism occurs in this agency".
