Tbilisi. CSOs have released a joint statement, in which they express concerns over murder of businessman Besik Khardziani. "We offer condolences to the deceased's family and friends; we urge the authorities to investigate this murder case rapidly, fully and impartially, identify the offenders and ensure their strict punishment by law", the statement says.
