Interested persons can get familiar with the November edition of the "Foreign Policy" magazine in the Resource Center for Regional Development and Local Self-Government of the Caucasian Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development. The Resource Center was set up and is functioning within the framework of the Social Transition Program (MATRA) of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
