Conference: ''Russia's Liability during the August War and Today...''
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Lawyers' Association has held a conference on May 6: "Russia's Liability during the August War and Today: GYLA's Cases in the European Court". Conference participants have discussed cases, in which GYLA raises the liability of the Russian Federation before the European Court of Human Rights.
Discussion over above issues was held as part of the conference, where the local CSO representatives have shared their experience on this topic among each other.
