Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center has released opinions over legislative initiative that amends the procedure for evicting illegal/unlawful possessors of immovable things.

''... We find that the proposed draft law contains superficial amendments. It fails to address the objectives declared by the author himself, undermines the presumption of veracity and completeness of the Registry data, and includes other gaps. Yet, most importantly, the draft law does not take into account a grave legal status of the homeless or persons facing the risk of eviction from the shelter...'', the organization's web page says.
