Tbilisi. On June 26 a public lecture by Natia Tskepladze (judge in 1999-2015) – "Role of Citizen, Society and Bureaucracy in Legal State” was held in "Liberal Center”. People who could not attend the lecture they have got opportunity to see and listen to video record of it.
