Tbilisi. In the building of Georgian parliament the launching conference of the project "HOME- The way forward for reforms in the housing sector:empowering grass-root homeowners associations in Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine". Project includes 12 partners from 6 countries. Georgian partners are Local Democracy Agency Georgia, charity humanitarian fund "Abkhazeti", Batumi branch of Civil Soceity Institute.
