Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center has released information on the preliminary opinion of the Venice Commission, the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors and the ODIHR on the pending reforms of the Prosecutor's Office. "Although the opinion finds that the reform is heading towards the right direction, it fails to fully meet the set objective of depoliticizing the prosecution system", the organization's web page states.
