Tbilisi. In the aftermath of June 13 events in Tbilisi, the Heinrich Boll Foundation has organized a public discussion over practices and gaps of implementing infrastructural projects in Georgia, with participation of representatives of the executive authorities and non-governmental sector. The Foundation offers a video recording of the public lecture for those who were unable to attend.
