CSOs have released a joint statement on the ''Panorama Tbilisi'' project, according to which on July 16 media reports claimed that the Technical and Construction Supervision Agency within the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia has issued a construction permit for the ''Panorama Tbilisi'' project.
