''Popular Budget'' for the Batumi Residents
Adjara. The Civil Society Institute has developed together with the Batumi City Hall an information brochure on the city's 2015 budget - the "Popular Budget". The information material provides information on all programs or events of the City Hall in a popular language. The "Popular Budget" aims to inform the citizens as much as possible about the city's management and related expenses.
