Lithuanian model of the access to the internet in Georgia

Tbilisi. The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information releases its publication about problems of the access to the internet in Georgia.
"The access to the internet in Georgia should be an explicitly social project, however, the major dilemma that different countries faced, while deciding approaches, was the intervention level of the state and financial volume, which had to be harmonized with the damage, caused to the free market.
We assume that the fluctuations, induced by the merger of monopolist companies or the acquisition of activities by them, are the outcomes of incorrect, inconsistent and restricted actions of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and its Legal Entity "Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency” , in particular” - is stated in the publication.
