Tbilisi. Non-Governmental Organizations comment on plans of "Georgian Dream”, related to the election system, and release the statement.
"We call on the coalition "Georgian Dream” to take into account wide consensus existed within the society, show political will and, while there is still sufficient time, come up with an initiative about constitutional amendments, which will envisage the rule of fully proportional system to be used for the parliamentary elections in 2016” – is noted in the joint statement.
