Adjara. USAID, USDOI and CENN have organized
the meeting-discussion on December 5 in the Batumi Civic Engagement Center,
aimed to raise public awareness on the protection and preservation of wild
nature. Through brief presentations and films, focus was made on concrete cases
of illegal trade in wild nature and the general biodiversity management issues.
In addition, the event has involved the participants in an interactive
discussion for sharing the views on the preservation and conservation of
biodiversity.
