Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) publishes a blog post. The photo-project reflects everyday life of the 21-years-old disabled person David Alikhanashvili.

''The aim of the photo-project is not to review the problematic issue in either theoretical or practical point of view and, furthermore, to talk on behalf of people, registered in the data base as disabled individuals. This is simply an observation of one ordinary day of 21-years-old David Alikhanashvili, who uses a wheelchair, to illustrate those ''minimal'' obstacles, which he has to face daily in a disabled environment, regardless the fact that he is a ''lucky exception'', having been an employed disabled person'' – is stated in the blog post.
