Samtskhe-Javakheti.The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was celebrated on December 3 in the Akhalkalaki Public School N4 at the initiative of the civic club, at which the integration of persons with disabilities in the society and their rights were discussed.The civic club members talked about the needs for free movement of such persons, and raised the issue of arranging user-friendly lifts, transport, etc. for them in the city.
