Speech of an IDFI expert at the 12th South Caucasus conference
Tbilisi. The Head of the Media and Telecommunications Direction of the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) gave the speech at the OSCE 12th South Caucasus conference. The speech touched upon a theme: ''Transition of Georgia to digital broadcasting and its influence on a pluralism of the media''.
