Second Quarterly Bulletin of the National Preventive Mechanism
Tbilisi. The Public Defender's National Preventive Mechanism has published its second quarterly information bulletin.
''The bulletin analyzes the implementation of the recommendations included in the reports issued by the National Preventive Mechanism after carrying out visits to penitentiary facilities Nos. 17, 2, 3, 8 and 14 in 2014-2015'', noted in the statement.
