Samegrelo. The Zugdidi Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross has
briefed public representatives about its activities and ongoing projects on
December 12 in the Civic Engagement Center. Assisting the families of the
missing, providing free of charge psycho-social and legal consultations for
them, searching for the missing persons, safe economic initiatives, collecting
information on the incidents occurring at the so-called administrative border,
reuniting the families split up by conflicts - these are the major activities
that the organization's local office is engaged in. These were the very areas
