''We believe that the International Criminal Court should satisfy the prosecutor's request to launch an investigation and that mentioned investigation must include, by all means, the facts of torture of Georgian prisoners of war, as well as of illegal detention and inhumane treatment of civilians...'' – is noted in the joint statement.
