Tbilisi. According to the Right to Information (RTI) Ratings, access to information legislation in Georgia ranked 32 out of 102 states covered by the rating,1 with a score of 97 out of 150. To date provisions on access to information are included in the Constitution of Georgia, regulated by the General Administrative Code of Georgia, the Law on Personal Data Protection as well as secondary legislation.
