''The amendments to the existing laws against domestic violence have been prepared by the ''Anti-Violence Network of Georgia'' and the Parliament has already adopted them through the second reading. According to the proposal the amendments apply to the ''Local Self-Government Code'' and the law of Georgia on ''Elimination of Domestic Violence, Protection and Support of Victims of Domestic Violence'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
