Tbilisi. The Coalition for an Independent and Transparent Judiciary releases the petition regarding the issue of staffing of judiciary corps. The signatories appeal to the High Council of Justice - ''We demand to halt immediately the stuffing of judiciary corps in the way of an unfair, opaque and unconstitutional process. We also call on the executive and the legislative officials to start working on the establishment of a transparent, fair and reasonable system of appointment of judges without delay'' – is stated in the petition.
