GYLA will protect the rights of Eka Mishveladze at the court
Tbilisi. Eka Mishveladze has filed a lawsuit against the ''Public Broadcaster'' at the Tbilisi City Court. With the lawsuit it is demanded to annul the orders issued in regard to dismissal of Eka Mishveladze from work and cancellation of the public-political talk-show ''First Studio'', to reinstate Eka Mishveladze in her former position and to fulfill other concomitant requirements. The interests of Eka Mishveladze at the court will be protected by the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.
