Tbilisi. On March 16, the Heinrich Boell Foundation hosted a discussion on the topic: "OSCE for peaceful and democratic development of Georgia". The speakers of the discussion were Bettina Kadenbach, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Georgia, David Dondua, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Sergi Kapanadze, Georgia's Reforms Associates.
