New Project on Ethnic Minorities and the Georgian Media
Tbilisi. The Analytical Center for Inter-Ethnic Cooperation and Consultations launches
a new project "Ethnic Minority Communities and the Georgian Media: Together
towards Tolerance”. The project aims to enhance the community organizations of
the minorities and protect their rights. Representatives of up to 20 community
organizations and up to 20 persons employed in the media sector will
participate in the project during 5 months.
The project is funded as part of the grant competition "Advancing
National Integration (ANI) announced by the United Nations Association of
Georgia (UNAG) and the "Open Society – Georgia” Foundation.
