''Young Barristers'' considers it reasonable to define the subject – appearance of specified definition of marriage and family in the Constitution of Georgia – as a referendum issue. The organization notes that it is feasible to hold the referendum on the same day as 2016 elections of the parliament of Georgia, which will significantly reduce the costs of the state budget, necessary for the referendum'' – is noted in the statement of the organization.
