Tbilisi. The Coalition for an Independent and Transparent Judiciary responds to the foot-dragging of the "third wave” of a judicial reform.
''According to the evaluation of the Coalition, the content of various parts of the "third wave" bills has been substantially revised from the initial stage to the last edition. Despite the fact that certain positive and progressive initiatives have changed or weakened, the Coalition considers it important that a legislative process of the reform is completed in time and at least those improvements, which are stipulated by the bills, are put into effect'' – is noted in the joint statement.
