''On the example of three universities we can say that in terms of skills of attracted students the results of so-called "free of charge faculties" program are contradictory. In those programs, where prior to their beginning there were certain constrains in filling the sits, the trend of attracting more skilled students has not been observed, in some programs (e.g. Georgian philology, construction, energy, etc.), statistically, significant improvement have really been detected, however, that’s on the background when at the same universities growth of average proficiency of attracted contingent has been noticed in the control programs too'' – is stated on the web-page of the organization.
