Recommendations for Determining Digital Broadcasting
Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has
conducted the study for determining the state strategy of assisting the digital
broadcasting. Information contained in the study is based on the European
legislation, practice and interpretation of the EC that are realized as in the
practice of the EU member states, as well as in the digitalization strategies
of other European countries. The study in addition covers the ways of funding
of the broadcasting field operators by the state.
