''On a geographical map of Georgia it is possible to mark some industrial type cities or regions, which, in most cases, have been established and developed in the environment of the Soviet Union management system. However, before proceeding to listing these locations, it would be interesting to know what common features industrial zones have, which further determine their similar socio-structural form and specifics of industrial production'' – is stated in the article.
