The Coalition for Independent Living continues having meetings with persons with disabilities and family members, their organizations and representatives of self-government authorities in western Georgia. The purpose of these meetings is to promote implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the local level.

Such meetings have already been conducted in Tkibuli, Kutaisi, Bagdati, Zugdidi, Poti, Batumi. Repeated meetings will be held in municipalities of Senaki, Kobuleti, Shuakhevi and Khulo.
